Everything you need to know before booking your stay at Scaldersitch Farm.
Check-in Days
Our standard check-in days are:
Monday
Wednesday
Friday
During May Half Term and the Summer School Holidays, a minimum 4-night stay applies.
Winter Closure
Scaldersitch Farm is closed for the winter from 9 November 2026 to 11 March 2027.
Prices & Guests
Our prices are based on 2 adults sharing.
If you are bringing additional guests, please add them to your booking at checkout:
Additional adult: £15 per night
Additional child: £10 per night
Infants: If your infant requires a bed, please book them as a child. No bed is provided when an infant is included in the booking.
Exclusive Use
Looking to hire the whole venue?
Our exclusive-use site hire is bespoke and cannot be booked online. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and your requirements.
Dates available for exclusive use are marked with a phone symbol in the booking calendar.
No Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at Scaldersitch Farm due to our farm location.
A Peaceful Countryside Stay
Scaldersitch Farm is a quiet countryside site, where guests come to enjoy nature, fresh air and the sounds of the surrounding farm and countryside.
Please keep this in mind when booking. We want everyone to have a peaceful and enjoyable stay, so we ask all guests to be considerate of the tranquil nature of the site.
Placing a Booking
Booking your stay at Scaldersitch Farm is simple.
1. Choose Your Dates
Select a green available check-in date in the booking calendar to view prices and availability.
The calendar uses the following symbols:
Green: available to book online
Red: fully booked
Phone symbol: available for exclusive-use venue hire — please contact us directly to enquire

2. Confirm Your Booking
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
If you are booking within 8 weeks of your stay, the full balance is payable at the time of booking.
For bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance, the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your stay. Our booking system will send you a reminder when your balance is due.
3. Check Your Booking Confirmation
An automatic confirmation email will be sent immediately after your booking has been completed.
If you don't receive your confirmation:
Check your spam or junk folder.
If it isn't there, please contact us, as there may be an error with the email address provided.
4. Booking Terms
By confirming your reservation, you are confirming that you have read, understood and accepted our Booking Terms & Conditions.
